crispy potato zucchini cups with gruyere

Jump To Recipe

These crispy little cups are everything I love in one bite: golden edges, creamy centers, nutty Gruyere, fresh garlic, and just enough Parmesan to make every bite irresistible. Instead of regular flour, I use a combination of chickpea and almond flour, which not only keeps them gluten-free, but gives them incredible flavor and helps them brown beautifully.

They're perfect for breakfast, tucked into a lunchbox, served with soup, or set out as an appetizer with cocktails.

Just don't expect leftovers.
