week 7 quarantine report
Hi there!
This marks the seventh week of quarantine for us… and we’re hanging on.
Bob still goes to work at WGN radio every morning, I go grocery shopping once a week or whenever we run out of perishables. That’s as much as we leave the house to go anywhere.
Occasionally better weather gives us the chance to run outside (I just can’t do it when it’s cold) and it’s still shocking to look out onto the streets and highways and see so few cars.
When will this nightmare be over? Even though we don’t have an answer to that, we do know this is not going to last forever.
So… patience, my friends.
