Recently, when my husband ordered a black cow at Chicago's iconic Superdawg, I was reminded of this treat my Cuban grandmother, Nena, used to make for me as a kid. This is nothing like a black cow. For starters it uses Coke not root beer. But it probably has the same effect - putting everyone who drinks it into a sugar coma!
