This is the salmon you make when you want people to gasp at dinner. It’s juicy, garlicky, a little crispy on top, and super simple. You slather it with garlic scape pesto (the green sauce of the summer), bake it to tender perfection, and then broil it for that golden, toasty top that’ll have you eating straight from the pan.
