There's nothing better than a scrumptious spoonful of delicious homemade peanut butter. The biggest challenge with this easy recipe is having a good food processor. Besides that requirement you'll need only two or three ingredients.

Making your own peanut butter is a win/win because you control the amount of salt and sweetener, if any, that goes into it. And it's also a lot cheaper than store brands. You will love the texture. If you want it thick put it in the fridge. If you like it soft and runny keep it out.

Ingredients

2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1-2 tbsp honey
sea salt (to taste)

Directions

Place the peanuts in the food processor, turn it on and let it run for about 5 minutes. You will notice the peanuts turn from crumbs to a dry mass and then to a creamy peanut butter. That’s when you can stir in the honey and any additional salt.
Best to store in the refrigerator if you want it more solid or at room temperature if you prefer it runny.
