This refreshing and delicious Paloma cocktail is my favorite drink! The Margarita might be the most famous Mexican cocktail,but this one is even better. It's the perfect combo of sweet and tart. It's easy to make and you don't need a shaker.

Ingredients: 4 oz chilled grapefruit soda; 1½ oz blanco tequila; ½ oz fresh lime juice; ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice; pinch of high quality salt; grapefruit slice (for garnish)

This is as easy as it gets. The simplest version of the Paloma is just a mixture of tequila with grapefruit juice. But to make one that will blow you away, just use the following ingredients and be sure to garnish it with a slice of grapefruit.

Ingredients

4 oz chilled grapefruit soda
1½ oz blanco tequila
½ oz fresh lime juice
½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
pinch of high quality salt
grapefruit slice (for garnish)

Directions

Fill a highball glass two-thirds full with ice. Pour in about half of the grapefruit soda. Add the tequila, lime juice, and grapefruit juice and a pinch of salt. Top with remaining grapefruit soda, stir gently, and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
