seasoned tilapia filet
This preparation doesn’t really require a recipe. You probably already have all these ingredients in your pantry and fridge. Season it to your own taste.
½ pound tilapia fish
2 tablespoons butter
fresh juice from one lime
Sprinkle salt, pepper and garlic powder on both sides of the fish.
With temperature set at medium high to high, place butter in a skillet, preferably cast iron. Once the butter is melted add the fish. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Remove from pan and serve immediately with a sprinkle of lime juice.
